All Officers:
* Attend Executive Board Meetings (~1 hour)

President Elect:
* Coordinate the clinical skills competition with the Vice President elect
* Fill in at student council meetings when president is unavailable
* Coordinate spring round table event with Vice President Elect
* Run elections in Spring
* Coordinate with president for additional help if needed
* Recommended: attend the ASHP Summer Meeting with VP Elect
President:
* Complete accreditation application for ASHP
* Oversee all E-board members
* Set up meeting dates and lead meetings
* Present poster for CSSHP at Midyear with VP and P3 Historian
* Attend all student council meetings; serve on two student council committees
* Coordinate events: Residency Information Sessions (P1-P2 session and P3-P4 session), Interview Session, Mock Interviews, P4 Residency Application Experience Panel
* ASHP Liaison: (active President serves this role)
* Work with our regional ASHP student representative to keep our local chapter up to date with the national level
* Arrange health-system speakers
* Keep organization up to date on national news and events
* Serve as student liaison to our state affiliate CPS-AHP to facilitate connections between local health-systems pharmacy leaders and CSSHP members
Vice President Elect:
* Coordinate with students for the Faculty Dinner series, deal with cancelations, finds replacement students for dinners when cancelations

Secretary:
* Keep members informed about CSSHP-ASHP meetings, current events, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, etc… through email communication and Facebook
* Record minutes and publish in summary form for general and officer meetings
* Create annual Student Membership Custom Application in accordance with ASHP requirements
* Complete Excel Spreadsheet membership roster and mail completed roster with payment to ASHP following ASHP Group Membership Application Submission Guidelines

* Work with Secretary to complete Secretary duties
* Fill in for Secretary during the aIPPE rotation
* Expected to serve as Secretary P3 year
Treasurer:
* Responsible for establishing a budget for all events, meeting snacks, etc.
* Handles reimbursements for all events and Midyear
* Handles CSSHP bank account
* Purchases and handles the debit card
* Responsible for communicating with webmaster to ensure debit card information is updated on the CSSHP website account
Treasurer Elect:
* Work with Treasurer to complete Treasurer duties

P2 and P3 Public Relations Co-Chairs (two positions):
* DOES NOT need to have a background in web design
o Don’t need to have coding experience – website is VERY user friendly
* Updates calendar of events for the organization
* Assist in creating a new website effective Spring 2015
* Maintain website and Facebook page with upcoming events and pictures to promote the organization
* Attends events, or sends designated member to document who attended and take pictures of the event to put on the website and for poster materials
* P3 position works with President and Vice President to create and present the poster for ASHP Midyear meeting
P2 and P3 Fundraising Chairs (two positions):
* Responsible for getting fundraising materials out to the incoming class and current classes of students
* Organize white coat fundraiser over the summer for the incoming P1 class, faculty members, and any other current students wishing to purchase another white coat
* Coordinates distribution of white coats during orientation week
* Sets up fundraising events to promote student/faculty relations and community relations
P2 ad P3 Event Coordinators (two positions):
* Sets up The Children’s Hospital events bi-annual craft nights
* Coordinates the end of year party Spring semester
* Coordinates the intro to pharmacy week social event for new students
* Coordinates snacks for each general and E-board meeting
* Coordinates snacks/meals for additional meetings during the semester (P4 residency panel, round table event, etc.)
P2 and P3 Policy Chairs (two positions):
* Keeps organization up to date on policy from ASHP
* Gets organization to participate in policy events
* Sets up tour of the Capital with APhA
P2 and P3 Community Outreach Coordinators (two positions):
* Help coordinate community outreach events (e.g. Project C.U.R.E.)
* Work with SNPhA and the office of Experiential Programs to organize the “Pharmacist for a Day” field trip for local elementary school students in the Spring
* Organize Brown Bag counseling sessions at local senior centers, while coordinating with student and faculty schedules
* Facilitate topic discussions with faculty preceptors at Brown Bag events
* Set up additional events with senior center coordinators
* Establish new contacts and maintain old contacts in the senior community
* Provide opportunities for CSSHP members to gain counseling experience and to be active within the community
P2 and P3 Mentorship Coordinators (two positions):
* P2 Position coordinates the P1 Mentorship Program: Match P1s with a P2, P3 or P4 mentor based on similar pharmacy interests
* P3 Position coordinates the newly-established pharmacy mentor program with our ASHP state affiliate
* Both Positions: Organize social events (e.g. meet and greet) for mentees and mentors
P2 and P3 Organ Donation Awareness Chairs (two positions):
* Works with Donor Alliance, the donor procurement center for Colorado and Wyoming
* Coordinates volunteers to become Community Advocates through Donor Alliance
* Holds two events per semester to help promote and advocate for Organ Donation and Registration. Previous events have included: Speaker in April for Donate Life Month (April), Promote Organ Donation in April on campus, Vampire Cup for Children’s Hospital with IPSF/Student Council, Bone Marrow Drive with NCPA, Organ Donor Registration Competition with Regis School of Pharmacy, Donor Awareness Booth at Veteran’s Health Fair, and Donor Dash team over the summer.
